About Us
Awqaf Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to revive the glory of institution of Waqf in Bangladesh. Inspired by divine virtues of Sadaqah-e-Jariah, AF mobilizes Waqf (both property and cash waqf), builds income generating properties and distribute the usufruct from the properties to the deprived and needy (Widows, orphans, new Muslims), Dawah, research and public welfare activities through its well-articulated programs. AF ensures its accountability and transparency by employing skilled and knowledgeable devout Muslims and implementing modern accountability and transparency practices.
