About Us
Awqāf Foundation is a non-profit organisation that works to revive the institution of Waqf. Inspired by the divine virtues of Sadaqah-e-Jariah, Awqāf Foundation:
Mobilises Waqf (both property and cash waqf)
Builds income-generating properties
Distributes the usufruct (proceeds) from the properties to the deprived and needy (widows, orphans, new Muslims), Dawah, research and public welfare activities through its well-articulated programmes.
Ensures its accountability and transparency maintaining standard Shariah practices.
